They still enjoyed taking lives so why should they complain about taking a few more lives? this is what this game is about. At the end of the day they still enjoyed shooting and slaughtering "baddies" prior to the White Phosphorus section. Now some players complain that they were forced to use the White Phosphorus, they're not just doesn't matter. And then the game starts sinking its' fangs that it bared at you with the hallucinations and visions and loading screens. Not because you're actually convinced but you're afraid to take responsibility of the atrocity you committed. Walker says its' Konrad's fault and its' him that made Walker do this and you go along with him. There, the game stops with its' facade and bares its' fangs at you. Then you start killing middle eastern looking baddies, then you fight American baddies, then you use White Phosphorus and brutally murder the tiny and big dots on the screen whoops I meant the "baddies" you're supposed to kill and the "civvies" you're suppposed to save. You're here to shoot the baddies and save the day. At the start of the game you're literary given the "Stop" sign right there but no you can't quit the game there. Well since this was posted 7 years ago I guess I shouldn't worry about spoilers so I'll just go ahead and type. Well, wouldn't you want to? YOU are the hero, YOU save the day, NOTHING is your 's the baddie's fault, YOU can never make a wrong choice cuz what is this a visual novel? no it's an TPS with a scripted story following a HERO. Like in a game like MW your first instinct would be shoot'em up. Wanna be heroes who wants to "shoot the middle eastern looking baddie and save other middle eastern looking goodie who looks oppressed". This game itself is a mocking of wanna be patriots and heroes. You cannot be given "fun" from fun gameplay system and be distracted from your actions. Reflections and major light sources will cause lag on occasion. While the gameplay is generic itself, it's intentional so you wouldn't get distracted by an awesome gameplay from the story itself. Might accidentally get stuck on the wrong wall for cover Multiplayer is almost dead already and its only day one. No revive system for your character in the main story. not the same old locations - Cons: AI is frustrating at times. It felt is if i was feeling the character's pain and suffering during that gruesome segment. I made the mistake of getting too attached to the story. As a warning, The "White Phosphorus" mission will make you sick to your stomach and probably make you feel depressed. There are a few scenes that show a lot of death.

Only play it if you have nothing better to do after you finish the main story.

If you do find one there's a guarantee that there will be cheating. It's extremely rare that you will find a match. It's similar to Ghost Recon but more defined and stable. Game might end up too dark or too bright. The gamma setting is tricky to use though. Make sure to turn the brightness down just a bit.
SPEC OPS THE LINE GAMEPLAY FULL
If your into graphics and want a full HD experience then you might have a bad time with this game. The game is naturally bright and will cause some pixelation problems during cut scenes. Its very different from what I've ever played on the computer. This review contains spoilers, click full review link to view.
